Jennifer Lopez Buys Pink and Blue Onesies

Friday, December 7th, 2007

onesies.jpg

Jennifer Lopez is in full baby-shopping mode, picking up matching pink and blue Tuni & G onesies from Petit Tresor in Los Angeles. Which raises the question: Could the singer and husband Marc Anthony be having … a boy and a girl? Lopez waited a while before even confirming the pregnancy - and the pop star has been mum about whether she’s expecting twins, though multiple sources have told PEOPLE she’s expecting two bundles of joy. The 38-year-old singer recently denied reports that she’d had a pregnancy health scare that forced her to cut back on touring.

Pregnant Jennifer Lopez had the nursery ready for two years

Friday, December 7th, 2007

stuff01.jpgJennifer Lopez had started preparing for her baby’s nursery shortly after getting married to Latin singer Marc Anthony Sources revealed that the six-months-pregnant star supervised the construction of a nursery in her hubby’s New York home. “A frilly white bassinet, a wooden crib and a fancy, pastel-colored mobile were in the process of being set up in a light-blue room that had its own bathroom and a private hallway leading to the nanny’s quarters, ” New York Post quoted an insider as saying. “It also has plush baby dolls and soft toy animals were everywhere, ” the source added.

The insider also disclosed that the room located on the northernmost side of the estate’s second floor, was filled with 10 unopened boxes of newborn goodies. J. Lo and Marc’s master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house connected through the hallway. The 38-year-old singer is, reportedly, expecting twins.

“Movies Rock” Info

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

A video of Jennifer on stage at “Movies Rock” has been uploaded to our YouTube channel. Jen is in the first few seconds of the video:

Other info about the show from audience accounts:
frockssm.jpg“Dressed in a white cloud of a dress, the audience went crazy when she appeared in all her pregnant glory. Seeing an expectant J.Lo is surreal. Maybe it’s because I started my career in the gossip world when she was just starting to date Sean “Puffy” Combs in the late ’90s. Lopez originally planned to perform, but as I first reported last week she decided only to present, and she spent most of the two-hour show sitting in a seat not far from the stage. Despite plenty of standing ovations throughout the night for people like Jennifer Hudson and Fergie, Ms. Lopez stood only for legendary conductor and composer John Williams. She was helped up by a friend sitting next to her, as hubby Marc Anthony had already bolted backstage to get ready for his cover of Simon & Garfunkel’s Graduate song “Mrs. Robinson.” - Marc Malkin

“Jennifer Lopez looked radiant last night … she came on stage twice to do intros but for the most part stayed in her seat for the entire show. While many of the night’s performances received standing ovations, she remained seated after all of them (including hubby Marc Anthony’s performance) except for composer John Williams. Everyone in the Kodak Theater stood up for him after his medley performance. During commercial breaks and throughout the night, everyone made sure to go over to J. Lo to say hello and kiss her hand … she was deffo holding court last night.” - Trent of PITNB

It looked a collision between the Grammys and the Oscars - Jennifer Lopez, Tony Bennett, Charlize Theron, Quentin Tarantino, Beyonce, Usher and dozens of other stars at the Kodak Theatre. The Kodak normally hosts the Academy Awards, but Sunday’ night’s occasion was “Movies Rock,” a special program honoring the enduring relationship between music and film. The two-hour show is set to air on CBS Friday at 9 p.m. EDT. “Music and movies have lasted longer than any marriage in Hollywood,” Theron quipped backstage, where the action was almost as exciting as the performances. All eyes were on a very pregnant Lopez, who glowed in a white Grecian goddess gown as she opened and closed the show. Hairstylist-to-the-stars Ken Paves fluffed the star’s curls as she stood in the wings watching Beyonce sing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” Lopez’s husband, Marc Anthony, also appeared on the program. The couple reunited backstage, where Anthony lovingly rubbed his wife’s belly. Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am congratulated the pair on his way to the stage. “Can I touch it?” he asked as he reached a hand toward her tummy. John Legend also ran into Lopez, telling her, “You look good.” [...] - AP www.moviesrock2007.com
