Jennifer Lopez is proving to be quite the multi-tasking mom. Lopez, who doesn’t have a nanny for infant twins Max and Emme, has been quite busy lately. She’s vacationing in Spain, preparing for the launch of a new fashion line, has a reality show in the works, and now comes news that she’s training for a triathlon, too.

Lopez is working out two hours a day, running, swimming and cycling, according to OK! magazine, who talked to her longtime trainer, Gunna Peterson. “The workouts change daily, depending on the day, the time and freedom,” Peterson told the magazine.

The trainer sheds light on how Lopez pulls it off: “She may be the most efficient multitasker I know. She literally has every aspect of her life in check,” he says. “She doesn’t have a nanny, a chef, or a nutritionist. She makes time for the kids. Family comes first.”

Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez has laughed off long-standing rumors she has an extensive list of travel demands, blaming the media for exaggerating reports. J. Lo has previously been said to demand an all-white dressing room and hotel accommodation, decked out in white lilies or roses. Other requests allegedly include grapefruit or lime blossom scented candles from beauty firm Jo Malone, humidifiers and a preferred room temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

But Lopez insists the demands that have earned her a reputation as a diva are unfounded - and any peculiar requests are probably down to her personal assistants who do their best to make her feel at home while she’s abroad. She says, “I think it’s easier to make up this type of story rather than tell the truth. Like everybody in this profession, I have a list but I haven’t seen mine in years. “I’m sure it’s got (sic) longer without me knowing it. Really, I don’t have any special requests, it must be my team’s doing. They know my likes and they just want me to be comfortable, but believe me, I’m a nice guest at hotels!”

Last year’s Women’s Conference featured the wives of presidential candidates, and this year the speaker list will be a Hollywood mix: actors, policymakers, multimillionaires and models. Attendees, according to Ms. Shriver’s office, will include Sally Field, Michael J. Fox, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Warren Buffett, Caroline Kennedy, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez, Mehmet Oz and Gloria Steinem, among others. The new mom looked glowing after her work/play/bikini filled European vacation with Marc and the twins, getting back to the glamorous work of a superstar. While little Max and Emme may not be the celebrity baby twins on everyone’s minds today, people are still curious about Jennifer and Marc’s nanny situation — or lack thereof and not because they’re not trying to find someone. Even without extra helping hands, Jennifer is keeping her schedule full including attending Maria Shriver’s 2nd Annual Women’s Conference this October.

Jennifer is training furiously to be fit enough to take part in a triathlon, just eight months after giving birth to twins. The Latina superstar was snapped on vacation in Italy this week with her bikini body back, following the February birth of tots Max and Emme. And her husband Marc Anthony reveals Lopez is on a tough training schedule; on foot, on bike, and in water. He tells TV show Extra, “Jennifer is training for a triathlon. In October.” But crooner Anthony confesses he will be watching from the sidelines, instead of working up a sweat with Lopez. He says, “I’m very supportive. I’ll be on my Segway (encouraging her).”
