Having celebrated their daughter Sabrina Sakaë’s first birthday on October 7th, music producer Tommy Mottola and singer Thalía are thrilled with the course that their lives have taken. With Thalía managing to shed the baby weight within the year by combining a diet made up of “the boring stuff, broccoli, and vegetables…[and] lots of water” with a routine that has her doing “yoga [and] pilates two times a week,” the couple are focusing their time together as a family. In fact, Tommy, 59, shares that Sabrina “completely occupies our lives. We try not to do anything without her, most of the day, every day.” As a first-time parent, Thalía’s baby interest has grown as the couple believe they have become “so suited to other people’s kids,” finding themselves stopping to admire other babies in public. “When we go out and we see a baby, we ask, ‘My God, look at her. How old is she? What is she doing?,’” says the 37-year-old proud mama.

Recently, Tommy and Thalía spent the day with close friends Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, who are parents to 7 ½-month-old twins Max David and Emme Maribel. As parents to “beautiful” babies, the change in Jennifer and her newfound happiness did not go unnoticed, reveals Thalía. Proof that times have changed, Tommy — who calls Jennifer a “great mother” — admits that with Marc the two “always used to talk business,” however, these days the topic of conversations tends to center around “what we did with the baby today and what we’ll do tomorrow.” The children of some of the industry’s top musicians will soon be sharing their toys as Thalía says the families are already in talks for future play dates!

“We’re setting up a play date. Our daughter is six months older, so she will teach [the twins] some words.”

She is quoted as saying: ?I adore the show and nearly popped up in the TV show, but then did ‘Will and Grace? instead.? A source said: ?Jennifer has got her heart set on joining Carrie and the girls. When it came to saying their “I dos” again, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony doubled the fun, joining New York Mets outfielder Carlos Beltran and his wife Jessica for a joint ceremony, PEOPLE has learned.

“Carlos gave his wife a specially engraved ring and gave Marc and Jennifer special rings as gifts,” a source told PEOPLE exclusively. “Carlos and Jessica renewed their vows first, then Jennifer and Marc went.”

The vows came after a private dinner at Bradley Ogden and a good night rolling the dice. “They were both winning at the craps table and Marc kept saying that it was going to be a lucky night,” the source said.

And as luck would have it, it was “nearly flawless,” added the source. “Initially, they were supposed to do the ceremony outside on the suite?s balcony but it was too cold, so they had to move it inside. That was the only thing that didn?t go according to plan.”

Inside, the couples were wed in the Caesars Palace’s newly renovated Forum Tower Penthouse in the suite’s rotunda. The suite only reopened Saturday, making Lopez and Anthony the first people to stay there since the renovation.

“Marc actually said the suite was so beautiful that it deserved it’s own zip code,” the source said. “He thought it was perfect.”

Wearing a black dress, Lopez looked “beautiful” as 12 people witnessed the ceremony, the source said. “Her parents didn’t even see it because they were with the babies.”

Following the nuptials, a butler opened a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne for the newly re-married couples.

More than four years after saying “I do”, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony secretly renewed their vows in Las Vegas early Sunday morning, PEOPLE has learned. Witnessed by two friends, the duo renewed the vows at Caesars Palace’s Forum Tower Penthouse at 3:15 a.m. Sunday after a night at Pure Nightclub, a rep for the hotel confirmed to PEOPLE. The service was officiated by Rev. Steven Smith.

“It was totally a spur of the moment thing,” a source said. “They decided around 12:30 in the morning that they wanted to do it and started calling for ministers.”  The renewal ceremony comes after the couple spent the previous evening club-hopping in Las Vegas and taking in a show. Most in the city believed the couple was in the city to celebrate Anthony’s birthday from last month.  “(Marc) said they were in town for his birthday and they wanted to celebrate,” said a source who talked to the couple.  On Friday, the couple headed to LAX Nightclub and The Bank after checking out Criss Angel’s new Cirque Du Soleil show Believe ? all under the guise the couple was in town celebrating Anthony’s birthday from last month.

The Wedding Planner’ actress - who gave birth to twins Max and Emme, her first children, in February - is already planning to extend her family further but doesn’t know when she will find the time. Jennifer, who previously revealed she fell pregnant as soon as she stopped trying to conceive, said: “I’d love to have more kids. I don’t know when, we’ll see, you know, that’s the same way my first ones happened! We’ll just do it the same way for the second time around!” The 39-year-old star also said becoming a mother has changed her “whole perspective on life”. She added to US TV show ‘Entertainment Tonight‘: “It has changed me very much. It really prioritized what you thought was important and what was not so important. “But it’s great because it makes you very focused on the things in your life that you need to concentrate on. It makes it very simple. Teething and crawling and sitting up - amazing.”

Jennifer Lopez says her baby son screams like her husband.

The star, who gave birth to her first children with Marc Anthony - twins Max and Emme in January, revealed they already have very different personalities.

She said: “Max is like Marc. He’s got Marc’s lungs, and he screams and he’s strong, very boyish. Emme’s very delicate and quiet, but you can’t mess with her.”

The 39-year-old star also says she and Marc hope to have more children. She added to US TV show ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I’d love to have more kids. I don’t know when, we’ll see, you know, that’s the same way my first ones happened! We’ll just do it the same way for the second time.” Jennifer posed for a special book of photos two weeks before giving birth to celebrate her pregnant figure.

She said: “I was like, ‘How am I going to rock this moment of my life?’ I felt very womanly. Marc was in a dream. He loved it.”
