“It’s sad,” Jennifer Lopez told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush after he broke the news to her on Thursday. “I think it’s the end of an era. She’s such a big presence on television. People look to her for what’s new and what’s happening and she’s so trusted in the community.”

“It is an exciting thing for us and one of the things we’ve always wanted to do,” Napoleon tells PEOPLE of their chance to work with one of their longtime dance idols.
“You can expect to be entertained and you won’t be disappointed,” assures Tabitha, who has been teaching dance professionally with Napoleon for 15 years (11 of those as husband and wife).
The pair, who has worked with stars like Beyoncé and Missy Elliott, is known for an innovative lyrical hip-hop style that has garnered them quite a following since they joined the FOX show in 2008. And that following includes Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony.
“She told us she and her husband sit down and watch the show weekly,” says Tabitha, who describes Lopez as the ideal artists to work with. “She’s putting the time in and you don’t always get that with the artist. They have such crazy schedules and sometimes their priorities are a little bit different, but she’s really involved.”
Napoleon describes her big number as “her coming back to being in her own and saying, ‘Hey, this is me again — don’t forget about it!’”
For now, the team won’t reveal details of what they call a “big production” with “lots of people involved,” but “without giving it away,” teased Tabitha, she’ll be singing “a great song. It’s going to be on her new album and … I feel like it’s appropriate. It’s got a good tempo. It’s got a good vibe and it’s really exciting for us. When we heard it, we were like, ‘We’re going to have some fun with this one!’”
Aside from Nappytabs, Jennifer has an added support team in husband Marc and their 21-month-old twins Emme and Max who, according to Tabitha and Napoleon, have been regular fixtures at rehearsals.
“Marc’s really supportive,” explains Napoleon. “He’s great with the kids and then he still pays enough attention to her and goes, ‘Maybe you could do a move like this or that?’”
“It’s adorable to watch them together,” Tabitha says.
And it sounds like the little ones take after their parents when it comes to having all the moves. “The kids are always with us at rehearsal, running around and dancing in the mirrors,” Napoleon says. “As soon as the music starts playing, they are dancing around.”
Like any good comeback, Lopez’s live performance at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre on Sunday will show off her confidence. Says Napoleon: “You can expect her to come out fighting and she’s going to show that she’s got a knock-out punch!” –Jed Dreben

The video, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, reputedly includes Lopez, now 40, wearing skimpy clothing and supposedly being spanked by Noa. It reportedly also contains a fight between her and her mother. Lopez wants all the footage of her handed over so her lawyers can see whether Noa violated their confidentiality agreement. In 2007, she won a lawsuit that forbade him from publishing a tell-all book about their 11-month marriage. That book allegedly claimed Lopez frequently cheated on Noa, including with her current husband, Marc Anthony.
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Noa not to release the video while the case is being decided. The jurist is set to rule Tuesday on whether to continue his order barring distribution. “I’m going to fight this,” Noa, 35, told the New York Post.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, JLo claims Ojani is planning to release a movie called “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story” — which Lopez claims is a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back.
Lopez also claims Noa intends to market “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa ” — which Lopez claims is also in violation of their agreement. Lopez was told the footage depicted her “in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoon.”
In the documents, Lopez’s attorney claims he got a letter from a producer working with Noa — who stated that he had “entered into a contractual agreement” with TMZ for the “exclusive rights to the … home movies.” The producer’s claims are patently false — there was never any such agreement.
Lopez is suing Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy — and she wants no less than $10,000,000. Lopez also wants a judge to order Noa to stop any plans to move forward with the movie or release the footage.
FYI — Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year between ‘97-’98.

Yet another celebrity clothing line bites the dust.
Jennifer Lopez, one of the first celebrities to foray into fashion with her JLO by Jennifer Lopez line in 2001, is downsizing her clothing brand.
Sweetface, her urban streetwear spin-off line created in 2003, is discontinuing production after the current spring 2009 collection, WWD reported Wednesday.
The company plans to relaunch a reformatted version of Sweetface at a future date, “with new messaging points and an entirely new fashion point of view.”
Lopez’s venture into the fashion business has had its ups and downs over the years. After six years on the market, the singer-actress closed JLO in the US in 2007, although the line continues to be sold in 40 countries around the world.
Undaunted, the Bronx native also launched justsweet, a sexy and sparkly mix of pants, jumpsuits and dresses to fill the gap between her casual JLO line and the high-fashion Sweetface, in Septmber 2007, but this too was discontinued after only a few seasons.
Lopez turned her 2003 endeavor, Sweetface, into a high-end line, found at retailers such as Intermix, and the brand made $200 million in 2006, according to New York magazine.
But it’s tough times for style-savvy celebrities: Sweetface follows in the fading footsteps of Lauren Conrad’s signature clothing line and Mandy Moore’s shuttered line.

Who knew calm, cool and collected Jennifer Lopez ever worried about anything? The mother of twins admits she was anxious about returning to work in the movies before arriving on the set of The Back-Up Plan.
“The few days before I got really nervous I was like, what if I forgot how to act?” she tells Entertainment Tonight of her return after a three-year hiatus from the silver screen.
One thing that doesn’t worry her a bit is being a working mom to twins Max and Emme.
“I bring the babies to work with me. I love it. Honestly, one of the best days of my life was the first day back working on this film,” she gushes. “I wanted to do this film really badly and bringing my babies with me that first morning, I was like, ‘Oh my God, they’re with me, I’m making a movie, they’re here!’ It’s great having kids on set. It’s the best.”
The Back-Up Plan revolves around a woman, Zoe, who wants to be a mom but just can’t find the right guy. On the day she gets artificially inseminated, she meets what could be Mr. Right, played by Alex O’Laughlin.

The hosting of Eurovision Dance 2009 in Azerbaijan in September is negotiated with world stars Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Minogue and Shakira, said Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov, APA reports.
The minister said the talks were going on successfully and it would be possible to reach agreement with them.
Rahimov said the list of Eurovision Dance 2009 participants was not specified yet. “According to the rules, the countries intended to participate at the contest must send a letter to the European Broadcasting Council to confirm their participation. The process is still going on. It will be finished soon and the participant countries will be specified”.
