Jennifer Lopez announced today that she will be launching a new fragrance in October. Called Love and Glamour, this latest scent is inspired by her own return to life on the A-list. Lopez pioneered the celebrity fragrance category back in 2002 and her other 16 fragrances have taken in a whopping $1 billion over the course of 16 launches. Not too bad for a girl from the block.

But how does Lopez feel about the other celebs who have jumped on the celebrity fragrance band wagon? “More power to them,” Lopez tells WWD. “I am very competitive, but I don’t look at it [as a competition.] I’ve always thought that authenticity, at the end of the day, wins, and the cream always rises to the top. I really don’t worry about other people, because I’m in competition with myself.”

Lopez, who is set to renew her vows with husband of six years, Marc Anthony this Saturday, also says that the creation of Love and Glamour was an “exacting process.” “I drive [Coty] a little bit crazy,” she said. “Because it’s always not signature enough. I go back and say things like, ‘Can we push the sandalwood a little bit more, can we make it a tiny bit more sexy?’ To translate that into actual chemistry is a difficult thing. Then they go back and say, ‘What does she mean by sexy?’ she explains to WWD.

But how did she come up with the concept? “What I always like to do is look at where I am in my life at the moment. [Here] it was right after the babies and was when I was getting back to work and getting back to what I do again. It just felt like a time of a lot of love and that seemed very romantic to me — I said it seems like love and glamour. As a name, Love and Glamour seemed like a really aspirational, fun and beautiful thing that we could work with in many, many ways.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are exchanging their vows once again for their six-year wedding anniversary. The couple will host an extravagant ceremony at their California estate on June 5.

Anthony wants to make this occasion for him and his wife special, proving wrong all the critics who said their marriage would never last.

“We realized the bets in Vegas [on whether their marriage would last] stopped at five years, so we’re really looking forward to this one,” Anthony told Us Weekly. “This is a big anniversary.”

The couple wed in 2004 and renewed their vows in 2008 as well.

Additional stars who have renewed their vows multiple times include supermodel Heidi Klum and Seal - holding a Mexico wedding ceremony annually - and Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, who just marked their second wedding anniversary with a renewal of vows.

“It’s sad,” Jennifer Lopez told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush after he broke the news to her on Thursday. “I think it’s the end of an era. She’s such a big presence on television. People look to her for what’s new and what’s happening and she’s so trusted in the community.”

Jennifer Lopez fans have another reason to catch her comeback performance live at the 2009 American Music Awards on Sunday. That’s because when the “Fresh Out the Over” singer takes the stage, she’ll be moving to choreography by So You Think You Can Dance’s Emmy-nominated husband and wife team Tabitha and Napoleon D’umo — or as they’re affectionately known in the dance community, Nappytabs.

“It is an exciting thing for us and one of the things we’ve always wanted to do,” Napoleon tells PEOPLE of their chance to work with one of their longtime dance idols.

“You can expect to be entertained and you won’t be disappointed,” assures Tabitha, who has been teaching dance professionally with Napoleon for 15 years (11 of those as husband and wife).

The pair, who has worked with stars like Beyoncé and Missy Elliott, is known for an innovative lyrical hip-hop style that has garnered them quite a following since they joined the FOX show in 2008. And that following includes Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony.

“She told us she and her husband sit down and watch the show weekly,” says Tabitha, who describes Lopez as the ideal artists to work with. “She’s putting the time in and you don’t always get that with the artist. They have such crazy schedules and sometimes their priorities are a little bit different, but she’s really involved.”

Napoleon describes her big number as “her coming back to being in her own and saying, ‘Hey, this is me again — don’t forget about it!’”

For now, the team won’t reveal details of what they call a “big production” with “lots of people involved,” but “without giving it away,” teased Tabitha, she’ll be singing “a great song. It’s going to be on her new album and … I feel like it’s appropriate. It’s got a good tempo. It’s got a good vibe and it’s really exciting for us. When we heard it, we were like, ‘We’re going to have some fun with this one!’”

Aside from Nappytabs, Jennifer has an added support team in husband Marc and their 21-month-old twins Emme and Max who, according to Tabitha and Napoleon, have been regular fixtures at rehearsals.

“Marc’s really supportive,” explains Napoleon. “He’s great with the kids and then he still pays enough attention to her and goes, ‘Maybe you could do a move like this or that?’”

“It’s adorable to watch them together,” Tabitha says.

And it sounds like the little ones take after their parents when it comes to having all the moves. “The kids are always with us at rehearsal, running around and dancing in the mirrors,” Napoleon says. “As soon as the music starts playing, they are dancing around.”

Like any good comeback, Lopez’s live performance at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre on Sunday will show off her confidence. Says Napoleon: “You can expect her to come out fighting and she’s going to show that she’s got a knock-out punch!” –Jed Dreben

Apparently love does cost something. Jennifer Lopez has filed a $10 million lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa, whom she claims is violating a confidentiality agreement in place since 2004 by shopping around a sexy honeymoon video the two made in 1997.

The video, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, reputedly includes Lopez, now 40, wearing skimpy clothing and supposedly being spanked by Noa. It reportedly also contains a fight between her and her mother. Lopez wants all the footage of her handed over so her lawyers can see whether Noa violated their confidentiality agreement. In 2007, she won a lawsuit that forbade him from publishing a tell-all book about their 11-month marriage. That book allegedly claimed Lopez frequently cheated on Noa, including with her current husband, Marc Anthony.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered Noa not to release the video while the case is being decided. The jurist is set to rule Tuesday on whether to continue his order barring distribution. “I’m going to fight this,” Noa, 35, told the New York Post.
